As I was about to sit down next to Dianna, to my horror she stood up and looked at me. I noticed that I was eye level with her chin. She looked down at me and then looked at her feet to make sure she wasn't wearing any shoes that might give her a boost in height. "I guess you were telling the truth..." said Dianna as she looked back at me.
"Oh god..." I said as I sat down at the table. "Hay its okay...Its not that notable if you think about" said Dianna as she patted me on the back. I looked up at her and I knew she was trying to cheer me up. "I was once five foot even...god...I don't know how tall I am now, heck I don't even want to know" I said as I cover my face in my hands.
"What's the matter?" asked Joy as she stood there behind Dianna. "Oh nothing, Lu just had a nightmare" answered Dianna as she looked her little sister. "Oh...okay" said Joy as she bought her lie as she sat down by the table. Dianna lead in and whispered in my ear, "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about this, this will be our LITTLE secret"
I noticed that she was trying not to laugh when she said little as she sat down next to me. "Thanks" I sat to her as Dianna's mom entered and sat down. "So Lelouch, how are you feeling this morning?" asked Dianna's mom as she looked at me when eating. "Oh, you know what they say, I live to see another day" said I as reached out for a piece of toast.
I sat there eating breakfast with Dianna's family. Once finished, I said my thanks for looking after me and left the table. Dianna followed me to the front door and said, "Good luck at keeping your height lose a secret from your mom and sisters" "I know...they will have a field day with this" I said back with a smile on my face as I walked out from the front door.
As I waved goodbye to Dianna as she closed the door, I turned round and took a deep breath before I walked home. As I walking home, I heard a familiar voice behind me saying, "Hay little man"
I stopped and turned around and I saw...
