Little Tom was being tossed around her mouth and he loved it.

Julia chewed, totally unaware of the little Tom being tossed around her mouth.
Then the best thing happened as Julia swallowed.
Tom: YES! I'M GOING DOWN!!
Little Tom landed alive and well inside Julia's stomach, finally he's been eaten by Julia herself.

He simply relaxed and awaited his upcoming demise.
