Emmy: Well this wasn't suppose to happen.
Then Roxanne stood up and placed her massive bare feet right on top of Emmy, crushing her to death.

She looks underneath her bare sole and noticed a little red speck.
Roxanne: For fuck sake, fucking bugs, I just stepped on one! so gross!
She washes of the remains of little Emmy under the shower, unaware that she just crushed her best friend beneath her bare feet.
