She heads to a toilet and sits down.
There she starts to push and her anus opens up.
Little Tom descends down and lands in the toilet bowl.
Tom: Oh no! NOT GOOD!
He looked up to see a huge pillar of shit coming down as Demi began to push it out.
The shit landed down, right next to Tom and Demi stood up.

She drops the toilet paper in the toilet bowl and flushes the toilet, flushing away her shit and little Tom.
The water fills it lungs and within minutes little Tom drowns and dies.
