Little Tim looks up to see Mandy, taking the plate of spaghetti with her, unaware of the little Tim inside her food.
She was hungry and sat down and began to eat.
Tim: NO DON'T EAT!! WAIT!!
She placed her fork near little Tim and starts to twist the spaghetti onto her fork.
Little Tim was wrapped and trapped by the strings of spaghetti and Mandy brought him to her mouth.

She wasn't aware of the little Tim being in great peril.
