Little Tim eventually found the exit and he was pretty much the only one who did.
Everyone else who got swallowed still tried to search for the exit in the pit of death.
Tim: Okay, I'm inside Amy's intestines, now I just have to keep on going...this is gonna be a long road.
He ventured further inside Amy, down into her guts, an endless travel in the darkness.
For hours he traveled until he finally reached the exit of Amy's guts, her massive anus.
Tim: Well here I am...Amy's anus...great...
It was a very dark place and smelly.
Tim: This place is filthy, but no wonder, I'm inside her ass.
He then tries to push himself through, but the exit was closed tight and thus Tim gave up.
But then suddenly something was about to happen inside Amy and her whole intestines began to shake violently.
Tim: WHAT IS GOING ON?
