The little Tezzy slipped and took Tim with her.

The tiny's slipped and then Melanie's spoon entered her mouth.
Tim: OH NO!
Tezzy: NO!
She puts the food into her mouth and then starts to chew, tossing the little Tim and Tezzy around her mouth.
Eventually Melanie swallowed and she swallows the little Tim and Tezzy along with the chewed up food.
Melanie: There we go! delicious!
She rubs her belly, knowing that the tiny's she just swallowed will get digested inside her.
Tim: AH! HELP!
Tezzy: IT BURNS!
The little Tim and Tezzy made an unfortunate landing in her burning stomach acids, digesting their body's alive.
They screamed their final breaths before they died and nothing was left of them but bones.
