The little Tom and Tessa landed on the floor, right between her feet.
Tom: NO HELP!
Tessa: WE'RE BEING TAKEN TOWARDS THE DRAIN! NO!!
Then Annissa's foot rises and descends down towards the little Tom and Tessa, crushing them to nothing.
Annissa wasn't even aware of them beneath her and did not realize she crushed them as their little remains we're simply washed down from her feet and into the drain.
