As much as Blake would have loved to admire the titanic, busty blonde while she ate her lunch, the tiny mage knew that his only hope of getting anywhere at this size was to get Ms. Moonbeam's help. But first, he had to get closer to her face so that she would actually see him. If he wanted to get up there without using up too much of his mana, then he needed to hitch a ride on something. And there was only one thing the professor was interested in bringing to her face at the moment.
Ms. Moonbeam's lunch may have been in her field of vision but her gaze was unfocused as she ate. As a result, while she munched on one sandwich, she didn't see the inch-high mage climbing up onto her other one. She didn't notice him staring up at her in awe, watching her chew and swallow her food, and listening to all the crunches and squelches coming from within her mouth as well as the gulps from her throat. She had no idea that the simple act of eating her lunch was currently fascinating one of her students.
Soon, Ms. Moonbeam finished her first sandwich and picked up her second one, still unaware of the shrunken student on top of it. As the professor's giant face drew closer, Blake came to his senses and focused once more on his goal of getting the giantess to help him. Ms. Moonbeam's mouth opened wide to accept the first bite of this sandwich, giving the tiny mage a glimpse of the inside of the cavernous maw. Then her mouth closed, cutting off a huge chunk of the sandwich. Now that Blake was much closer to the massive mouth, Ms. Moonbeam's chewing was so much louder to him.
"Ms. Moonbeam, help! It's me, Blake Heart! I'm tiny and I'm on your sandwich and I need you to ..." Blake shouted, but he trailed off as he realised that all the crunching from Ms. Moonbeam chewing a BLT sandwich was drowning out his little voice. "Shit, why couldn't she have been eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?" Blake grumbled as the giant professor swallowed her first bite with a loud gulp. His frustration quickly turned to terror, however, when Ms. Moonbeam's mouth came in for another bite and barely missed the tiny mage.
As Blake got an even closer look at Ms. Moonbeam chewing her mouthful of food, he realised that he needed to do something now. She couldn't hear him over the sound of her food getting broken apart in her mouth. Was there a way Blake could get her attention before she devoured him, or would he be better off abandoning this plan?
