It's a fat man who visibly has a bad hygiene
The man in front of you is clearly not your brother, he's only lit by the light of his computer, he's a fat man with short hair who are visibly greasy. He has a short beard with crumbs of chips. He's wearing a shirt and a short that are both clearly undersized. He's eating his chips loudly, you're so disgusted by this man that you don't focus on your environment. You are pushed inside by the wind and the door is slammed close behind you which attracts the man attention.
He notices you on the floor and comes to pick you up, the floor shakes with each one of his steps and you can see all his fat move like some jelly. He grabs you in his greasy fingers and without a word goes back at his computer, there you can see what he's doing.
