“That’s… Kaley, right?”
The short young blonde that had just entered the Minerva common room looked as though she had come straight from the gym. Her hair was done up in a ponytail, and both the sports vest and leggings she wore were heavily soaked with sweat. This was quite different to her usual appearance – in class she kept her hair straight and wore glasses, as well as conservative, unflattering clothing that hid her figure well. Max was shocked to see how big her chest and ass actually were, now they weren’t hidden beneath a lumpy sweater and loose jeans.
He didn’t really know Kaley all that well, but even so Max felt this was a fortunate person to run into. From what he'd seen she was a fairly shy and reserved person, hopefully not the type to secretly desire her own tiny sex slave. Plus, being a Minerva, Kaley ranked among the most intelligent students on campus. She might be his best chance at getting back to normal.
“Hey!” He shouted, waving. “Over here!”
She turned toward his voice, startled. “Hello?” As she walked closer she slipped her glasses onto her face. Then her hazel brown eyes widened, and she clasped a hand over her mouth. “Oh! Um – y-you aren’t – your clothes!”
“Oh, shit.” He immediately covered his groin, turning bright red. “Sorry! I just – I’m Max! I’m a student here.”
“Yeah, I… I’ve seen you around.” She was blushing too. “I’m Kaley. Um… what are you doing down there?”
“I don’t know,” he replied, shrugging. “I just woke up like this. I guess something must have happened to me during the party last night, but I don’t remember what.” He shifted uncomfortably. “So, uh, do you think you could help me out? Maybe get me out of here before someone else shows up?”
“Yes, of course! It’s just, ah…” The giantess looked suddenly flustered again. She reached out toward him only to draw back, nervous. “You know, I’m not sure… how exactly I should…”
Max waited awkwardly as the giant girl hesitated over touching his nude body. It was almost cute, seeing how embarrassed she was getting – but he couldn’t help also feeling impatient. He knew she was doing him a favour, but the longer they delayed, the more chance someone less friendly might turn up and discover him.
“Oh, I know!” Kaley suddenly exclaimed. She lifted one leg and pulled off her sneaker, immediately filling the room with the smell of sweaty feet. Then the stench grew even stronger as she removed her sock, too. “I’ll pick you up with this!”
“With your…” Max recoiled slightly at the sight of Kaley’s dirty gym sock. It was almost yellow, so soaked in sweat it looked more like she’d worn it swimming than running on a treadmill. The thought of even touching it filled him with revulsion. The giantess seemed to realise how nasty it looked as well, looking suddenly abashed.
But there was no opportunity for further discussion. The door opened behind them as someone else entered the room; Kaley’s eyes widened in panic and she swept Max forward, sending him tumbling into her rancid footwear!
She wheeled around, clutching the sock with the tiny trapped inside behind her back, in time to greet her fellow Minerva.
“H-hi Samara!” She exclaimed, breathless.
“Morning, Kay.” The curvy Indian-American sounded lethargic, and her eyes were half-glazed over. It didn’t look like she’d slept at all last night. “You’re up early.”
“Aha, yeah. Well, not that early. It’s almost noon…”
“Is it? Fuck.” She sighed, running a hand through her straight black hair. “I’m gonna grab a coffee, want one?”
“No thanks, I’m good!”
Samara nodded distractedly and walked toward the kitchen. Halfway across the room, she paused, and looked Kaley up and down.
“…are you holding something behind your back?”
Kaley froze; she’d never been able to think quickly under pressure. Not knowing what else to do, she slowly held up the dirty gym sock she’d been hiding. For a moment neither girl spoke. A single drop of sweat dripped slowly out the bottom.
Samara smiled lazily. “Gross.” Then she continued on her way and out of the door.
Kaley breathed a sigh of relief, before scooping up her belongings and practically sprinting toward the stairs. Inside her room, she locked the door behind her and tipped Max’s now sweaty, sticky body out onto her desk.
“Sorry, sorry!” She fretted.
Max sat himself upright, slowly recovering. The inside of the giantess girl’s sock was the worst thing he’d ever smelled. The scent of her cheesy feet had been suffocating, the air so hot and humid he could taste the salty sweat on his tongue with every breath. Being jostled around as she dashed to her room had left him dizzy, and he’d gotten a full mouthful of the soggy fabric when he tried to shout for help.
“Here, let me clean you off!”
She draped a gigantic towel over him and began wiping away her foot stench. Unfortunately, it took only a second for a somehow worse scent to attack his nostrils – the entire rag reeked of heavy, stale body odour. She was cleaning him with her gym towel!
“Oh no!” She cried, realising her mistake and dropping the towel in horror. “Sorry, I’m so sorry! I just – I wasn’t thinking!”
“It’s okay,” Max panted, wriggling out from under the fabric. “I just need a second.”
The giantess sat at her desk beside him, cupping her hands over her mouth. “I can’t believe I did that,” she muttered. “I promise, I’m not covering you in my gross gym stuff on purpose…”
Max believed her. In spite of the stinky torture she’d put him through, the remorse was written clear on her face. He could tell Kaley had a genuinely kind nature. “This was a good person to be discovered by,” he decided.
“Hey, uh… don’t feel bad, or anything.” He said, rubbing his neck. “You did me a big favour getting me out of that common room, I really appreciate it. And besides, your clothes don’t even smell that bad,” he lied. “So, you know. Don’t sweat it, haha.”
That at least brought a small smile to her face. “I’ll try.”
“So, what happens next?” He asked. “If possible, I’d really like to get back to normal size...”
“Well of course I’ll do what I can to help!” Kaley pushed her glasses up her nose, looking suddenly thoughtful. “Let’s think. I don’t know much about these new shrinking serums, to be honest. The first step would normally be to find out exactly what you were dosed with, but I can’t start running tests before my seminar later.”
"Seminar?" Max frowned—suddenly unsure just how long he'd blacked out. "It's Saturday right?"
"Yeah?" Kaley shrugged. “It’s not a class. Just a guest lecture. And she’s going to be talking about tinies!” The giantess exclaimed. “I might learn something useful there about how to turn you back.”
“You’re kidding?!” His frown became a grin. “That’s awesome! Thank you so much!”
She smiled shyly. “Anyway, it’s starting soon so I’ll have to head straight out. I was going to shower first, but I don’t know if I have time now…” She raised an arm. “I’m not too bad, am I?”
Max tried not to wince under the wave of body odour her armpit had just unleashed. “N-no, you’re fine!”
“Great!” She stood, grabbing a hoodie. “Then I’ll be back in a couple of hours. Oh – I just need to put you somewhere safe while I’m out, since at that size you’re kinda vulnerable. I thought my clothes drawer might be okay?”
“Uh, yeah, sure…” He agreed, allowing himself to be picked up and deposited in Kaley’s clothes dresser. She slid it mostly closed, so he still had light and air.
“Okay then, see you soon!” She called out to him. “Don’t worry, Max. I promise I’ll find a way to regrow you!”
As the bedroom door clicked shut, Max sat himself down, thinking about the wild morning he’d been through. Waking up three inches tall, discovered by a gigantic classmate… finding out what the insides of her socks smelled like. Still, despite the stink he felt incredibly lucky. Kaley was smart, kind, and sincerely wanted to help him. He wondered at how many others would do the same.
She was right about this clothes drawer, too. It was secure and warm, and these clothes were extremely soft and comfortable. Almost like silk. “Wait.” He squinted at his surroundings, held a piece of fabric up to the light. These were… he burned bright red. “Is this her panty drawer?!”
“Oh well,” he sighed. “Things could easily be worse.”
Meanwhile, Kaley was stepping out the front door and heading towards the Central Ventus Lecture Hall. She hoped she’d be able to help Max – he’d been so nice, putting up with her awkwardness. He hadn't even complained about her sock, which she knew must have reeked.
That said, there might not be as many clues to reversing his shrinking at this event than she’d first thought. She checked her email again, and frowned at the name of the seminar…
