It didn't take you long to decide to escape. There were 2 excellent reasons for it: The first was a practical one, not knowing if you could even survive trapped within her breast for long periods. Even if you felt well rested, air could suddenly become scarce and you would have nowhere to go. The second one was what she mentioned about tinies not having rights, it was self-explanatory, if in this "world" tinies were a common thing the idea that you could persuade her to treat you better was just wishful thinking. 

You didn't have a clue on how exactly you ended up in this predicament other than that weird dream with the woman that took your hand, but you weren't going to find more information trapped in Shina's breast so you started to wriggle out. Just like she told you, just like she trained you to do, you thought that with her being asleep it would be easier, but you were wrong. Your squirming inevitably touched the inner walls and nerves of her breast, and caused similar reactions in kind: The walls around started to become slippery which made wriggling more difficult, a couple of times you were even pulled back in, completely unconsciously, such was the difference in power between you and her and this size. The only noticeable difference was her constant, and admittedly cute, sound of her regular breathing while sleep, and some little mumbles that you could hear quite clearly and were...distracting you a bit, to say the least.

"Mommy, was it bad to eat my little pet? ... Oh... So it was okay. I'm so glad..."

"I like it... when you get your  ... exercise…"

"Such a... playful... little pet…"

"Would you… like to... turn into my… Milk? Hehe…"

"You're staying... inside me... forever…"

"I love… you too…"

"Turn my pet... into my breast milk?"

"Stupid test. Useless questions ... help me tiny... cheat for me…"

"This is... where you belong…"

It took you way more time than expected, despite your best efforts sometimes you didn't advance at all, and even if the path didn't seem long you found yourself having to pause and rest to gather enough energy to keep moving. 

When you thought you reached the nipple you noticed with dread you couldn't poke your head out like the time she "trained" you at all, but luck was on your side as you soon realized why. Unconsciously she moved and rocked your world, and your best attempt finally allowed you to poke your head into the outside world. Everything was dark, but you could see enough to understand Shina's body was lying on her side, and maybe the reason you couldn't do this earlier was that she was lying down and the bed was easily stopping your efforts.

But now that you could breathe fresh air, you had a moment of doubt. It just seemed so dangerous out there. What would you do? Where would you go? Maybe you should stay there and rest? Or maybe you should take advantage of the opportunity, knowing that it might be your last one?
