You leap at the woman's giant hands and slam into the end of the collar as it was raised up, your new claws allowing you a grip as you held on.

Glad to know this new body you were stuck with was actually good for something!

"Huh?"

You felt something close around your new tail and you're yanked off the collar and a bit further skyward, leaving you disoriented as you find yourself dangling upside down before a billboard sized face.

Well, you had wanted her attention, and now you have it! Unfortunately, you were too unable to focus to actually do anything at the moment.

"What's this thing?" the woman wondered, raising a brow and then bringing you closer to her eye.

After a few seconds, she pulls back. "Did that bug lady drop this?" the colossus asked, twisting your new appendage between her fingers and slowly spinning you as she continued an impromptu examination of what she had in her grasp."Kinda cute, though..." she admitted.

Looking up, the Labrador eyes you and barks thunder and jumps, trying to get at you.

"Wha—? The lady said, backing up in surprise at the sudden actions of the animal, "Cassie! What's gotten into...Oh. Oh!" the woman looked at her dog, then at the tiny thing she held before returning her attention to her Labrador again. "So this was what you noticed earlier, huh, Cassie?"

The dog barked at that, eyes locked on you and tail wagging rapidly.

"I see. Down, girl, down." The dog's owner said with a laugh, then contemplated you again before she shrugged,"Well, not like that bug lady is going to find something so small. So...could keep it. Cassie certainly seems to like it, and this thing almost looks similar to a dog, but...Something so small really could be bad for my dog as a possible choking hazard or something; and I doubt it that something this small would be made to be a durable plaything."

PLAYTHING?! Your jaw dropped. Sure, you could understand why she could come to a conclusion like that; what with your reduced size, transfigured body, and all, but still!

"Heh...then again, getting a closer look at this, maybe it could make Cassie a good little boyyyyfrieeeend?!"

Now the woman who held you was just musing about what to do with you to herself and trying to be amused, but you felt your blood freeze at that!

Oh man! What you wouldn't give to go back to surviving off of dollar Big Macs, cheap ramen, and old pizza right now! At this point, you just wanted your old life back!
