You patiently wait as the car continues to hum down the highway, and the gummy bear in front of you slowly soaks up the thin layer of sweat lining the insole below it. Your stomach rumbles—perhaps this was a mistake? Either way, indulging in the candy's sweetness was too late. After another 10 minutes, you hear the familiar scraping of Caroline's feet against the rugged car mat as they maneuver over to the Crocs.

Her massive toes swoop into the opening of the shoe, rubbing against the rubber getting closer and closer until they hit your target. Caroline's toes blindly wrap around the gummy bear smearing it with all mater of dirt and debris from her skin. The candy stretches and deforms under her weight until it completely disappears under her sole.

Just when you think all hope is lost, Caroline begins to play with the gummy bear between her toes. It is beyond filthy, coated in toe jam, sweat, and everything in between. As she continues to fidget, the shoe is suddenly rocked backward onto its heel. Unable to control your fall, you barrel straight into the gooey mess of the gummy bear now wedged deep between her big and second toe.

The smell of the candy is nowhere near as bad as the foot surrounding it and just when you think she might finally reach down and pick you from between her toes, the foot shifts forward rolling you under her sole.

Foot sweat seeps out from the insole and the dense flesh above. You feel like you're suffocating but the candy keeps you alive and uncrushed. With only one hand free, you desperately pound on the thick skin of her sole but to no avail, there was no way she could feel you, only the gummy bear could save you now.

After minutes of agonizing imprisonment beneath Caroline's foot, a miracle happens. You can hear the faint sound of the car door opening and unbuckling of seat belts. The Croc lurches forward into a free fall. When it lands, your body is thrust into the sole as the gummy bear is compressed even more. With each step, the bear is crushed more and more as your space to breathe dwindles alongside it. You were about one more step away from certain death when suddenly the shoe slid off and Caroline went to inspect the strange feeling under her foot.

Bright light casts over you and you're able to see the expanse of the sole you were trapped on. You can see her toes wiggling overhead and the scattered bits of dirt and hair lodged in the deep ridges of her skin. Soon enough, Caroline's giant fingers plant themselves around you and begin to dislodge the gummy from her foot. You're rolled around mercilessly between her fingers, enveloped in the smelly candy and the weight of her fingertips. Caroline brings the substance up to her eye for inspection.

As you stare back at the oceanic eye in front of you, you pray she'll recognize you swimming in her candy. After a moment of pensive silence, her eyes widen...
