Donna’s slight chuckle was interrupted by the large metal door to the back of the convenience store opening. She quickly let you fall out of her fingers and onto your palm, and her hand wrapped around you, clutching you in her fist. You could hear another woman’s voice.
“Hey Donna, the drawer was good - you gonna head out for the day?”
“Thanks Tammy - yeah, something came up. Have a good day, hon.”
