Jack Escapes While Sasha Sleeps Winning Her Back chapter 10 by northgate_1

Sasha shifts her position and Jack finds he can squeeze out of her and onto the bed.  He is exhausted but finally sees an opportunity to get away from her before she whisks him off to her homeland of Russia.  He climbs down the blanket and drops the rest of the distance to the floor.  He thinks he could hide in the room until she has to leave or try to escape the room.

Jack thinks his best option is to escape and goes over to the door to the hallway.  Luck is in his favor as the gap between the bottom of the door is just barely enough to squeeze out.  He's naked and covered in her fluids which has started to dry but he's just glad he is free. 

He look both ways and it looks like an endless hallway of hotel rooms either way.  It is pretty quiet this time of day and he starts down the hall hoping to find somewhere to hide before Sasha comes looking for him.     He then sees a cleaning cart emerge from an elevator and turn coming toward him.   He goes against the wall working his way to the next door that he can hopefully sneak into to.

The cart is moving too fast and is almost in front of him when it stops and he sees a Latino woman around 30 in a hotel uniform come to the front of the cart to check some supplies.  He thinks about hiding under the cart but she drops her pass-card for the doors and when she bends down to get it sees him in front of her.

The woman squats down and looks at him for a moment before her hand reaches out and grabs Jack around the middle and stands up.  She speaks to him in Spanish but Jack can't understand a word.  He tries saying "I need your help." but she just giggles at his tiny voice.  She continues to try talking to you but you can't communicate with her and she simply drops you into the deep loose pocket of her uniform pants and goes into the room to start cleaning.

Jack thinks at least he isn't leaving the country and this woman doesn't seem to mean him any harm.  He remains in her pocket until her shift is over.  She clocks out and then takes a bus home.  Jack tries to yell to get her attention but she ignores him or just doesn't hear him. 

When she gets home, she takes Jack out and sets him down on a small kitchen table.  She keeps calling him a duendes and he keeps telling her his name is Jack and needs her help.  After about 20 minutes a girl comes into the apartment.  She looks in be in her late teens and starts to talk to the women that captured you and they speak in Spanish.

The girl looks down at Jack and says "Hello".  He's relieved that she speak English and say "Oh thank God, Your friend found me in the hotel where she works.  I was kidnapped by some women who was going to take me to Russia.  I need to get to my friend who has the shrinking antidote so I can be restored to full size."

The girl laughs and says "Wow that is some story.  First of all this is my aunt, Valerie and I'm Sarah.    My aunt is convinced you are a duende.  A little person that places tricks on children like a leprechaun.   We're from Columbia and that like a folk tale there." 

Jack say "No I'm just a normal American guy who got himself shrunk and needs help to get restored to normal.  Do you think you and your aunt can help me out?"

Sarah says "Well that is up to my aunt since this is her apartment and she found you."  She explains the situation to her aunt and they talk back and forth.  Finally Sarah turns back to Jack and says "She says she'll help you if you marry her.  She is afraid of being deported and she needs to find a husband to get her citizenship."  

Jack is taken aback by the request and replies "No, I can't marry her.  I don't know her and she's older than me and we don't even speak the same language.  Tell you what, if she helps me get back to normal I'll see what I can do to help her out."

Sarah asks Jack "Help her.  Are you a lawyer or rich or something."    Jack replies "No not really." and Sarah turns to her aunt and translates what the two of you have been saying. 

Her aunt replies and Sarah tells you, "She says in that case you'll stay here until you change your mind." 

Valerie gets up from the table and gets an empty jar and drops Jack in it and says something in Spanish before putting the the jar up on a kitchen shelf and turns to make dinner.

Jack wonders if the only way to get restored will be to marry this woman he doesn't even know.
