Coffee with Roxy Winning Her Back chapter 16 by northgate_1

After class Zoe and Roxy go to an on campus coffee shop and sit in the back in an out of the way table.    They sip[ their coffee as Roxy talks about some crazy double date she went on with her cousin.  "I can't believe she'd set me up with such a dewb." she tells Zoe.  

"You think you've seen everything, check this out"  Zoe tells Roxy as she opens her bag, "Remember my ex, Jack and all those stunts he pulled.   Well, he topped all of them this time.  Look at this."  

Zoe reaches in and grabs Jack out of her book bag and deposits him on the table next to her coffee cup that towers over him.  "Hey, Jack" she tells him, "Say hi to Roxy."

Jack is embarrassed as he is still naked and crusty from Kate's treatment of him.  "Hi Roxy" he says sheepishly.  

"Oh my God" Roxy says, "Did he make himself fun sized thinking you'd play with him?  What did you do to him?"  She looks down at Jack and says "Come here so I can get a good look at you." as she makes a come here motion with her index finger.

Zoe tells her "Well things haven't been going well for him.  You see he mailed himself to me but my mom got the package instead and has been using him.  Somehow he escaped and hid in my backpack.  I told him we're done but I can't let my mom do that to him."

Jack had taken a few steps toward Roxy but  after hearing what he was covered in says "Yeah, that's close enough."   She looks up at Zoe and continues "You really need to clean him off.  So what are you doing with him?  Jason isn't going to be happy you have a little guy living with you."

Zoe sighed and says "I tried to help him.  His friend had the antidote but he waited too long and it isn't working.  She's is trying to contact the company to see what we can do.  The problem is I can't take him home or my mom will use him again.  His friend told me that her roommates aren't comfortable with a guy living there even a little guy.  So, would you be willing to help out till we find a cure for him?"

Roxy thinks for a few minutes and says "Well I do live alone but no free rent.  He's going to have to earn his keep.  You know, chores. I always have stuff I can't get around to do.  What do you think little Jack.  Do you want to come with me?"

Jack isn't thrilled with going with this girl.  He remembers her as the one of Zoe's friends that could let loose and get crazy sometimes but what choice did he have.  He can't believe that Lydia's roommates were being such bitches.  He looks up at Roxy and says "I'm sure it will only be temporary and I appreciate your offer."

Roxy says "OK, we're doing this but you're taking him to the bathroom right now and cleaning him up before I'll touch him."   

Zoe picked Jack up and said "OK, watch my stuff while I take him to the bathroom."  Zoe carries Jack into a single person bathroom so at least no one will walk in on her.  She uses liquid soap and the not very warm water to clean Jack up.  When she is done washing him clean she realizes all they have is one of those dryers that you insert your hand into.  "Oh well, it all we have" she says as she thrusts Jack into what is hurricane force winds to him as Jack tries to say "Napkins out there" but is cut off by the roar of the air dryer.

Zoe pulls him out and says "All clean" as she goes to carry Jack back to the table, "You won't be bad off with Roxy.  She might be a bit rough sometimes but she has a good heart."  Jack can't hear anything as his ears are still ringing from the dryer.  Zoe gets back at the table and asks Roxy "So we are doing this?" 

Roxy replies
