Tell Blake a Half Truth Winning Her Back chapter 10 by northgate_1

Jack decided to tell the truth or at least some version of the truth that doesn't make him sounds bad.  Jack tells her "Your friend Anna, do you know her sister Zoe?"  

Blake is surprised and asks  "Wait, how do you know Anna?  She's my friend."  

Jack tells her "Well when I shrank, Zoe who is my ex-girlfriend, found me and was trying to make me her slave but I escaped.  I knew I had to get out of that house or she would have found me and I might not have survived.  I got away and hid in Anna's bag when she came over here the other day.  It didn't matter where I was going as long as I got out of that house."  

Blake hugs him against her chest and says "You don't have to be afraid anymore of that big mean girl anymore.  I'll keep you safe.  Best of all, I'll be home all day and we can have some fun by now you have to go to bed my little cutie.   With that comment she carries Jack over to the fishbowl and places him inside and says "Nighty nighty and covers the bowl with a t-shirt as she goes to change for bed.     

Jack thinks that's a crisis was averted and soon Anna will be here to rescue him based on his best guess he figures she should be by at some point in the late afternoon and maybe he'll be normal again by the end of the day. 

Blake meanwhile is thinking about what Jack told her.  What if Zoe told Anna about her little man and they put two and two together and figure he hitched a ride here.  They might try to get him back.  Anna did message her earlier about coming over tomorrow.  What if she plans to try and locate Jack for her sister.She had to think of a plan.
