Suddenly she stops looking at your "habitat", rolls away her chair a bit and stands up. The vibration of the chair feels like a super quick earthquake for you and the other servants, and is followed by the slight tremors of her footsteps and the return of the light that reached you before your sister started doing her homework. The sound of a distant friendly greeting from Kate lets you know that she must have gotten a phone call from one of her friends.
As you stare up at the imprints left by her huge feet in the old aquarium now called Underfoot, you start getting scared about quite a few things about this experience so far. The biggest one is simple, watching those marks, where you could tell even her little toe could cover a good part of your body you still feel a disturbing urge of... admiration for your sister. In fact, something about the way she just stopped paying attention to her "bugs" annoyed you a bit, and it wasn't her usual bratty attitude but how for a moment you felt yourself unable to comprehend her, as if you were indeed two different species and you were the lower class one, your Goddess sister's ways beyond your understanding.
You look down at your numbered collar and curse that app again. It had to be the app, right? What else could it be? The weird way Ms. 910 acted (another weird thought, how many servants does she have?) tells you she is in an advanced stage of being brainwashed by this evil "MyMaster" app into serving your sister. But that just opened a way to another discouraging question: If she is so devoted, why is she in the lower class level habitat then? What would you have to do in order to get out of this place?
Looking around gives you both a bit of relief and a bit of fear. As you expected there are some people admiring the fading outline of Kate's sweat marks with apparent excitement and joy on their faces, the people you figured out were stuck here long enough to get fully brainwashed. But others certainly aren't and a couple of them look even angry or scared at being here. Could they be immune to the brainwashing? Could they help you at least fight these feelings while you planned your way out?
You make a mental note to talk to some of these people, 910 to ask her why she is still on Underfoot, a disgruntled "servant" to know more about life in this prison and maybe a random guy to see if they know more about this strange app. But your plans are interrupted as the tremors and shaking come back, the light source decreases and the huge pillars that are Kate's legs return.
"I'm going to play with my friends, so it's time for a game with my bugs too!" Kate exclaims and while you couldn't see her face, you know that bratty tone of voice usually comes with a smirk. The noise and quick earthquake return as she once again moves her chair, but now instead of putting her feet again she bends a bit and uses her hands to remove the top of Underfoot, bringing a welcome amount of cold air to the entire place by taking it off. Additional small currents of fresh air come with her slight movements to put the wood top aside and sit straignt.
You register some people screaming and some going back to their hands and knees at this act, but you can only look up fascinated. You aren't even thinking about how now there's away out, but about how your sister looked so powerful and majestic just with that single action you were struggling to process it. It reinforces that little disturbing thought about being so inferior to her, as much as you don't want to admit it.
Kate adjusts her seat and now she uses her feet to grab the aquarium by the sides, dragging it a bit until it was at the position she wanted. You are violently thrown out of balance and so is everything in Underfoot for a good few seconds as a result, which instantly shakes you out of your trance. You remain on the floor covering for safety while hearing more loud screams around you and the sound of everything and everyone around you hitting either the floor of the crystal walls.
When the giant earthquake stops you look up and take the hint of what Kate wants to do next, as the environment of the sky instantly changes for something darker, warmer and more humid. You have no time to ponder your thoughts and focus all your energy on getting yourself near a wall and away from your sister's incoming foot.
"A proper reward for my devote bugs, enjoy worshipping the real thing while I play!" Kate says and invades your habitat with both of her feet, instantly taking up most of the aquarium space and replacing anything that felt slightly familiar in the environment with her mere presence, almost making it into a new world. If you were fascinated before, now you are utterly terrified by what your sister is capable of doing with virtually no effort. You couldn't deny feeling something that would suit the definition of "fear of God" when the foot landed softly in your habitat, and wonder if you should feel lucky or grateful she spared you earlier for being a new slave in the first place.
Once the shock passes you also feel lucky and grateful for another thing. She opened the aquarium and gave you a way out! You can climb her foot and get out of here, and because she will be sitting for a while, you could probably even climb high enough to get noticed. But watching one of the little slaves crawling from underneath her foot somehow unscathed reminds you that this would be dangerous, and watching some of the excited servants get close to Kate's feet not to climb out but to worship as she commanded gives you a stronger dose of those damn urges..
