She sees Timmy on the floor but thinks it is a toy as she places the shoe box back in its place. She then stood up and went to the drawer as she started opening the drawer and checking what was inside. After a few minutes of searching, she then looks below the drawer and finds a box. 

She pulls the box and opens and sees the shrinking device with a notebook. She then got mad when she saw this. 

“He’s the one who stole the device. The government is looking for this device. I’m sorry Vicky but I think I’m going to take Timmy to the police station.”

“Huh what do you mean? What did Timmy steal?”

Vicky was confused since she knew Timmy wasn’t the type of person to steal anything because of his cowardness.

“This device was made by the government. They didn't tell us much about what this device can do, but they told us it is very important. And if we find it we can get a big reward for it.”

She begins reading the notebook of how the device works.

“It seems like this device can change someone's size and DNA in a way.”

After hearing that Vicky remembers the rumor of the shrinking device as she connects the dots. And realize that Timmy may have bought the device and not stolen it. She wasn’t sure if she should clarify to Isabel or not.

“Vicky, I think Timmy used this device to shrink himself to hide from you. Can’t believe he stole it for that reason.”

She then started inputting the setting as she put it to make Timmy be 2 feet tall. Timmy started growing below his bed as he hit his head making him wake up. Both girls heard the noise and saw the naked Timmy below his bed. Isabel grabs him by his head and pulls him out. She then threw him on top of the bed. 

Timmy didn't know what was going on. He started shaking from the cold still as he curled up trying to warm himself. He then sees Isabel as he wonders why she was here. 

“Timmy I don’t get why you hate my friend so much that you would steal a device from the government to shrink yourself and hide from her. You're in big trouble now. You just messed with the government.”

He then sees that Isabel was holding the shrinking device. He then noticed he wasn’t an inch tall. He started trying to explain himself, but he was still too cold and couldn’t talk properly. 

“N..N…N..ooo ….. I…. Di…di..di…didn’t…… steal……i..i..i.tt”

“Then why do you have it? I’m going to take you to the police station and give this device back to the government, where it should belong.”

Timmy tried to tell her that he didn’t steal it. But he was too slow to say anything as she began talking.

“Stealing from the government is a big crime and you can be in jail for a long time.”

“Wait Isa are you going to take him to jail”

“Yeah he broke a big law”

“Can you not do it please? He's a good person even if he hates me, at least give him a second chance.” 

“Vicky he broke the law and will receive the punishment. Of course we will need to interrogate him to know he stole device and if it turns out he didn’t then he will be free to go”

“But can’t you just say that you just found the device somewhere and not tell them Timmy had him. We can give him our own kind of punishment so he doesn’t need to go to jail”
